1. General

These terms apply to all ticket purchases for the Steward Ownership Festival Amsterdam (SOFA), organised by Stichting We Are Stewards. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.

2. Tickets

Tickets are sold via Tiqq. All prices include applicable taxes. A ticket grants access to the event on the specified date(s) only.

3. No refunds

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, regardless of whether the purchaser is a consumer or a business. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else.

4. Event changes

We reserve the right to change the programme, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event the festival is cancelled entirely, we will communicate next steps and may offer a voucher or refund at our discretion.

5. Liability

We are not liable for any costs, damages, or losses arising from attending or being unable to attend the festival, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
